Bailey Brinkley is a native of Fort Myers, Florida, and brings a strong academic foundation and disciplined work ethic to her legal practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida, graduating summa cum laude, a distinction that reflects both her dedication and attention to detail.
She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where she was actively involved in the Women’s Law Symposium. During law school, Bailey developed a deeper understanding of the legal system and a commitment to professional growth through both academic and extracurricular engagement.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Ron Sholes, P.A., Bailey practiced in the area of insurance defense litigation. This experience provided her with valuable insight into how cases are evaluated and defended, equipping her with a well-rounded perspective that she now applies in advocating for clients.
Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys spending her free time staying connected to sports and following her favorite teams.
