Michael Capone is an attorney at RSPA. He is committed to guiding clients through each step of their case and helping them understand their rights and options.
Originally from Boston, Michael recently relocated to Jacksonville and began his legal career with RSPA. He graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Political Science and Anthropology. While at Lehigh, he completed a senior thesis examining the deterioration of Mayan cultural heritage and participated in a selective honors program that allowed him to pursue interdisciplinary study and independent research.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2025, where he received the Book Award for achieving the highest grade in Legal Research and Writing I. During law school, he dedicated significant time to pro bono work, volunteering with Bay Area Legal Services at the Hillsborough County Courthouse in Tampa to assist pro se litigants with family law forms. He also volunteered with the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg, helping with client intake, including tenants facing eviction.
Michael is proud to have launched his legal career at RSPA and is committed to providing thorough, client-focused representation.
Outside of work, he enjoys scuba diving, traveling throughout Mesoamerica, and cheering on his favorite team, the Boston Celtics.”
